Summer Camps
Summer Camp: K-2nd Grade: 3:30 - 5pm
This camp is designed for campers entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade in the fall of 2025. This camp will help develop hand-eye coordination and volleyball specific movements while participating in fun activities and games. Passing, serving, setting and hitting will be covered during camp. All skill levels welcome. Run by Empire Athletics.

This camp is designed for campers entering 3rd - 4th grade in the fall of 2025. This camp will help develop proper technique for all essential volleyball skills while participating in fun activities and games. Passing, serving, setting and hitting will be covered during camp. This camp is designed for campers entering 5th - 6th grade in the fall of 2025. We will focus on developing and improving the fundamentals of volleyball. Passing, serving, setting, defense and attacking as well as team systems and competition will all be covered during camp. All skill levels welcome. Run by Empire Athletics

This camp is designed for campers entering 7th - 8th grade in the fall of 2025. We will focus on developing and improving the fundamentals of volleyball. This camp is designed for campers entering 11th - 12th grade in the fall of 2025. This camp will focus on improving the fundamentals of volleyball (passing, serving, setting, defense, attacking & blocking), as well as offensive & defensive systems and competition. Suggested 3 years of playing experience.
